📦 Order Processing & Shipping

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Signature confirmation is strongly recommended at checkout to confirm delivery and reduce the risk of stolen packages. Signature confirmation must be an item added to your order! It is listed as a product. 

  • Boss Babe Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

    For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx).

 


 

🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations

 

  • No changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it has been placed.

  • Color may vary due to resolution.

 


 

 

↩️ Returns & Store Credit

 

  • We offer store credit only on approved returns.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered.

  • Items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, and we will not ship any damaged pieces.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

💳 Store Credit Details

 

  • Once your return is approved and processed, store credit will be issued as a digital gift card via email.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

 

 


📥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

  • In the rare event, you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. FYI: Items are inspected as well as photographed/videoed prior to shipping.

  • Email support@bossbabeluxeco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
